 Alma is all about customer service. She helped me find my current loft in downtown LA. Something I would never have been able to find on my own. She has great insight on the neighborhood and I am really happy I trusted her.  She is very responsive and works long hours. It was by chance that Alma was in the KW office when I called to inquire about selling my loft but as I look back at the entirety of my home selling experience, I know that it was providential.

To start, I'll say that my condo was in nice shape, but it wasn't in the best area of Downtown and there were some other factors that had the potential to hamper a sale.  Additionally, we had to contend with a buyer backing out of escrow and the discovery of HOA litigation more than halfway through the sale process.  Alma skillfully helped me to navigate multiple offers, find the right buyer and didn't bat an eyelash as she found a lender who could work around the litigation issue.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I was selling my place because I had recently gotten married which also resulted in me gaining a teenage daughter AND we had a baby on the way!  We had to move the family to a two bedroom apartment during the sale and I appreciated that Alma really understood the fact that I was paying a mortgage and rent and as such, shared my sense of urgency in selling my place quickly.

Throughout the process, Alma gave me updates at major milestones and sometimes even minor details that she knew I'd like to hear about.  She was accessible and responsive at all hours via phone, text and email.  She also used the latest technology to electronically sign and send documents which allowed me to never miss a beat, even while traveling out of the country.

 Working with Alma was a pleasant and professional experience.   My wife and I were impressed with her knowledge of Downtown neighborhoods as well as different condo buildings. With every property we previewed, she pointed out pro's and con's.

This was our first condo purchase and boy was she PATIENT.   Not only did she educate us about the process, but she also created check lists for us to follow.  She was also incredibly responsive (phone, text, e-mail) and there was never a concern that went unanswered.  For example, when she walked us through the HOA Docs and Disclosures which could have scared any other buyer away (200+ pages).
